***General Guild Rules***

• ~ No drama! This rule is in affect inside and outside of the guild!

  ~ Respect higher ranking members. They have proven themselves to be reliable and worthy of their rank.

  ~ No begging ever. This rule is in constant effect no matter where you are.

  ~ Do not attempt to sell items or services to guild members. Trading items or services is acceptable however friendship and good will is a lot more profitable for everyone.

  ~ You will only have to contribute to the Guild Vault what you can spare. If you take an item that is easily replaced then replace it when you can. DO NOT be greedy!

  ~ Alts are allowed in the guild but will not be allowed in a Dungeon/Raid unless approved beforehand (This rule only applies to raids/dungeons where your main character is also in that same raid/dungeon). If approved, the alt will have to be fair with loot. (Main characters have priority over alts). Alts cannot be promoted to officer ranks.

  ~ Have a respectful and positive attitude when online.

  ~ As you advance in rank within the guild you will have more and more responsibility, you are allowed to refuse a promotion at any time but if you accept the position you will have to accept the responsibilities that come with it.

  ~ You will have to be online at least once per week. If you are not able to do this please speak to an Officer or post in the Notices section of the guild forums. If you do not notify the leadership of your absence ahead of time you risk being removed from the guild. Situations and obligations always come up, if you cannot get on WoW keep in touch through the w00tbox or forums!

  ~ When questing/raiding/playing with other non guild members, be kind and polite, remember you are representing Whiteout, so please give us a good name!

  ~Please keep profanity to a minimum in guild chat and try to respond to questions when you know the answers!

***Guild Vault Policies***

• PERMISSION: The Bank may not be open to your rank. This is not because we do not trust you, it is because we do not want to be ninja looted.
  NEED: If you need something from a bank and you do not have permission, contact an officer.

  DO NOT take any items from the vault that you cannot use within 2 levels.

  DO NOT take items from the vault to sell (unless told by an officer)

  DO NOT take items from the vault for any other character especially characters not in the guild.

  TAKE items when needed for your characters, preferably mains.

  PLEASE: Contribute to the bank when you can, we have people farming flasks/fish for raids and all contributions will help a lot, but not required atm.

***RAIDS***

• -Always respect all officers and members in the raid (even pugs lol).

  -Always follow the Raid Leader instructions.

  -If you have questions or suggestions, gives us your input! We are open for suggestions and happy to answer questions!

  -Again, make sure to ask questions! Even if you think it is dumb, ask it because it can help prevent a wipe.

  -Make sure to be in Vent and have DBM installed for all raids.

L00t

• ~Only role if you need the item for your main spec. If you feel it is a bigger upgrade or better upgrade for somebody else rolling please let them have it. This is not a necessity but it is smiled upon.

  ~If nobody needs the item for their main spec, off specs are allowed to roll.

  ~If you aren't 100% sure on an item for your main spec, you can roll on it but look up info on it afterwards so you can trade it to somebody who may need it more if you find it is not that big of an upgrade.

  ~If you feel that the distribution of l00t is not fair, please talk to an officer.

  ~ Keep in mind the guild is gearing each other and we are trying to get gear to help us as a whole.
